Permanent Trust Fund
We support the creation of a Permanent Trust Fund that will provide money directly to Nevadans, similar to Alaska. Just as Alaskans are compensated for helping supply the US with oil, Nevadans should be compensated for solving the US’s nuclear spent fuel issue. A key feature of the Trust Fund is that its annual payments to Nevadans will be protected from political expediency.
